Grapefruit & Lavender Body Spray

Ingredients

200 mms Distilled Water

1 tbs Witch Hazel

13 drops Grapefruit essential oil

4 drops Lavender essential oil

Method

Add the ingredients to a spray bottle (glass or PET plastic), shake and spritz!

“This is light and fruity spray, perfect for a hot summer’s day. It would also work well as a pillow spray, perhaps increasing the quantity of Lavender essential oil and adding Lemon essential or another oil of you choice”.
